More ”Made in Europe”
Politicians cry about a weak EURO-currency but for european industry it means better costs structure for exports. Due to currency and other reasons we decided to stop the production of some of our machining-centers in Taiwan and bring back production of existing and new machine models to our european factories. Our customers therefore now get even more ”Made in Europe” from us with more complex machines in future at lower costs and better delivery time.
New models for long workpieces
Our new U-ProductionLine is an extended version of our sucessfull U-Series with longer X-stroke of 2500 or 3500mm. The new models are able to machine serial parts in two separate working-areas, long cubic workpieces up to 2500/3500mm in one single working area or shaft-type parts up to 400mm diameter by rotary axis and tailstock. It is a unique flexible production machine.
For the first time we will present our new TTC-Series TwinTurret during the upcomming open house show in Stuttgart/Germany in September and EMO in Milan/Italy in Oktober 2009. As a fully new designed CNC-lathe with two turrets, Y-axis, subspindle and bar-capacity of 42 or 52mm it is a start-up model for our customers to enter the twin-turret synchron machining. At an unbelievable introduction price for the top model TTC300-52-SMMCY in full specification it is a new chance for SPINNER customers to earn money on turning applications.

New Tech-Center in Turkey
On 6. Okt. 2004 the minister of economics for the republic of Turkey officially opened our new ”Tech-Center” for Turkey, located within our factory in Tuzla / Istanbul. On more than 1500 square meters customers from turkey and abroad can see the most important products from Spinner, arrange machining trials or demonstrations. New training rooms for customer training are now also available.
New demonstration and testing center in Baden-Württenberg
From 10th to 13th May 2006 SPINNER will inaugurate a new demonstration and testing center in Korntal-Münchingen near Stuttgart together with the company Hollenbach, our sales representatives for many years, in the federal state of Baden-Württemberg (southwest Germany). Our customers from Baden-Württemberg, the whole of South Germnay and Switzerland, now have a conveniently located SPINNER showroom with a floorspace of more than 600 square meters housing a permanent exhibition of the latest models SPINNER turning and milling machines. Additionaly the test center is equipped with a modern measuring room to enable our customers to fully evaluate the performance of cutting test conducted on our machines.

New assembly-capacity in Germany
In our main factory of SPINNER in Sauerlach/Germany we finished the construction of a new 1500 sqm big assembly hall. From february 2008 the next generation of CNC-lathes and Machining-Centers will be assembled there.

New 5-axis machining center / U-Series
in June 2008 SPINNER presented a fully new designed series of machining-centers called ”U-Series” designed at highest level of precsion but economic price. Available are three versions ”U3” (3-axis with fixed table), ”U4” (with 4th axis integrated) and ”U5” (full 5-axis machine). The picture shows the top-line model U5-620 with a full 5-axis rotating/tilting table integrated in the machine structure usefull for workpieces about up to 500 x 500 x 500 mm. The machine is designed for highest precision, best access to working area and top-value technical datas as standard, such as 12.000 rpm, 32 tools and chip-conveyor as standard. The price range of our U5 top model is dramatically lower than all prices of our competitors on the market while offering more value. The machine will be presented to public in September 2008 on AMB-exhibition in Stuttgart. Deliveries to endusers start in September 2008
